Every wedding or event is unique so we like to meet with you to go through your ideas and by meeting you gives us more of a feel for what you are after as flowers, like anything should reflect your personality. At this meeting it is helpful for you to bring along anything you have collected or found that is relevant to the wedding e.g. colour scheme, images and fabric swatches.
We have images and props to show you and then we will provide you with an itemised quote. This includes payment terms and the deposit required. We will also produce a mood board of the ideas we have discussed.
We keep in touch with you leading up to your wedding and on the day deliver bridal flowers to wherever you are staying approximately 2 hours before the ceremony. All venue flowers will be in situ for your arrival.
Any hired items will be collected the following day but you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
Delivery is usually included in the price unless you are having limited items or are miles away! We are happy to travel but sometimes would have to charge.
PS: Just to let you know we are very flexible in how we work as DIY weddings have become very popular. Some brides like to collect and supply their own vases or containers which we have done many times. This works well as it means they are yours to keep. We just ask you let us have them in advance of the wedding. If you feel you would like to fill the vases yourself that’s fine too, we are happy to supply the flowers but a few words of wisdom might be helpful. Do give yourself time, a bride and her party should be able to enjoy the lead up to the big day and not feel under pressure with lots to do. It can be a great bonding process and makes the wedding very personal but as brides have expressed, ensure you plan well so you get time to relax and enjoy the build-up. Your wedding day can start early especially if you have an morning ceremony, with hair and make up to be done and time to take it all in.
